RUSTIC WORKS was set up in 1996 as a craft shop selling only Irish hand made products for 2 reasons: One because it was impossible to find any shop that stocked purely Irish hand crafts and Alison having moved to Ireland 2 years previously found that there was an abundance of artistic talent with very few outlets for it. Secondly because her partner Paul, who is extremely creative in unusual woodwork needed a work shop and outlet himself. So between them Rustic Works evolved and now offers the widest and most diverse range of Irish hand crafts in the country. This also means that most pieces sold in the shop are unique to Rustic Works and can be made to your own specifications/colour ways etc This site hopes to give you an insight into some of the unique pieces Rustic Works has to offer, due to the fact that there are so many it is not possible to show them all individually but for further information you can contact Alison@rusticworks.com.
